Leading a team of SMT and back-end equipment technician in supporting model change-over, maintenance and equipment troubleshooting in manufacturing floor
- Ensure all SMT external outsource jobs are carried out according to requirements and quality standards to our product needs
- Manage SMT and back-end spare parts usage and carry out cost reduction plan on the predictive and preventive maintenance
- Response for the SMT and back-end line down and internal/external quality feedbacks
- Initiate machine troubleshooting guide and provide couching to equipment techs on the SMT machine and back-end equipment to reduce machine downtime and improve OEE
- Control of components drop out to reduce component attrition
- Work closely with machine programmer to optimize machine performance improve machine UPH
- Drive on Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) to ensure well implemented across equipment team
- Carry out machine and feeder calibration, develop master PM schedules and managing resources to perform PM accordingly
- Set a clear target and goal to equipment engineering team and regularly review and monitoring to ensure target achieve
- Supporting Process and Manufacturing team in continuous quality and process improvement pertaining to each line performance in daily operation
- Lead and develop overall equipment maintenance cost-reduction initiative without impacting quality and productivity

Requirement
- Must have at least 3 years similar working experience
- Good supervisory skills to lead the SMT technician team
- Good English communication skills
- Able to work independently and being a team player
- Knowledge at MES, SPC and Quality standard
- Experience in 4M1E (Machine, Man, Method, Material & Environment)

**Salary**: Up to $3,000.00 per month
