About GLOBALFOUNDRIES:
Essential Responsibilities include:

- Maintain Metrology Tools for (Overlay, CDSEM. Film Thickness & DO -KLA), WMS (Asyst), SCOPE(Zeiss).
- Maximize the uptime of equipment to sustain equipment performance.
- Oversees and plans work according to standard procedure and Equipment master PM scheduler (Equipment and Calibration)
- Co-ordinate new equipment start-up to support production, from facilities hook-up, vendor start-up, to acceptance of equipment for production
- Conduct and Analyze Metrology Tool Yearly MSA study
- Maintains inventory of tools spare part and consumable materials.
- Documentation of Corrective Action and Best-Known Methods for equipment to allow more efficient troubleshooting.
- Initiate and complete various CIP projects that will help to reduce cost, yield, or prober/tester performance.
- Organize training for Associate Engineers / Technical Assistants to upgrade their technical skills to perform tasks assigned and maximize their effectiveness

Other Responsibilities:

- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs

Required Qualifications:

- Masters/Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related fields
- Minimum 4 years relevant working experiences
- Able to perform shift

Preferred Qualifications:

- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good team player with strong leadership qualities.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills.
- Good motivational and team building skills.
