A bar & restaurant owned and run by the same passionate people of Tanglin Gin - Singapore’s first Gin Distillery.

Tanglin Gin - Singapore’s first distillery has relocated to a central area with a FnB front, showcasing our products through hospitality, masterclasses and distillery tours with the aim to grow our brand organically. We produce an assortment of spirits, focused on but not limited to Gin and are looking for a motivated and responsible individual that will help us grow our F&B arm of the business.

Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Mixology: Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and creativity, adhering to recipes and standards.

Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, taking drink orders, and making personalized recommendations based on guest preferences.

Menu Knowledge: Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the food & beverage menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairings.

Bar Setup and Maintenance: Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies, garnishes, and glassware throughout the shift.

Compliance: Strictly adhere to all state and local alcohol regulations and company policies regarding responsible beverage service.

Payments: Accurately process payments and maintain an organized cash register.

Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members, including servers, kitchen staff, and management, to deliver a seamless dining experience.

Problem Solving: Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally, seeking assistance from management when necessary.

Safety: Maintain a safe and clean work environment, following all safety and sanitation guidelines.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a bartender in a high-volume restaurant or bar.

Extensive knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, wines, and beer.

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Exceptional communication and multitasking abilities.

Attention to detail and a passion for crafting exceptional drinks.

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Knowledge of and adherence to responsible alcohol service guidelines.

Certification in responsible beverage service (if required by state or local regulations).

Advantageous Qualifications:
Bartending certification or mixology training.

Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems.

Knowledge of inventory management and ordering procedures.

Familiarity with local and craft beverage offerings.

Pay: $2,300.00 - $3,000.00 per month
