**Seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join our team.**

**This is a fantastic opportunity to work on exciting projects. If you have a passion for construction and possess the required skills and experience, we would love to hear from you.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle progress claims, progress payments, and finalization of accounts for projects
- Monitor site progress, attend site meetings, and provide accurate reports on work progress to ensure timely project completion.
- Source, liaise, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors for quotations and materials requirements, ensuring the best value for the company.
- Maintain strong relationships with Main Contractors, Subcontractors, Vendors, and Clients to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Prepare project budgeting, costing reports, and project financial forecasts, providing accurate and detailed financial information.
- Oversee tender and contract document administration, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and terms.
- Utilize AutoCAD 2D to create drawings and shop drawings as required for project coordination.
- Handle any other assigned duties or related tasks as required to support the smooth operations of the company.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum diploma or degree holder in Building/Quantity Surveying/Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of working experience in the Construction Sector, preferably with experience.
- Possess strong planning, communication, organization, and negotiation skills to effectively manage project costs and stakeholders.
- Able to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in computer software such as MS Word, AutoCAD, and MS Excel.
- Demonstrates a positive working attitude and the ability to work well under pressure.
