**What the role is**

**What you will be working on**
- Work with various stakeholders to undertake analytical studies that will provide insights on the trends of economy, real estate market and industries to support policy review and formulation of JTC’s development strategies. - Research and explore data collected from different sources, work with domain experts to understand the data and what it represents. Part of the work will entail data cleaning, pre-processing, feature engineering and building relevant models and algorithms to derive meaningful insights. - Explore utilisation of machine learning algorithms or RPA to streamline our work processes and identify opportunities for automation. - Communicate and present insights to senior management and/or other stakeholders with actionable recommendations.
