**Overall Job Responsibility**:

- As part of the Service Administration Division, you will work with various Social Service Agencies (SSAs) and Government agencies to oversee and manage different disability programmes and services, to ensure that they continue to support and meet the needs of persons with disabilities and their caregivers.The Services team in the Division service manages and supports Government-funded residential and centre-based disability services to meet service standards. Your key job scope will be to provide administrative support and support data collation and operations of the team and division.**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Collate and aggregate data from internal and external sources and prepare reports.
- Coordinate and make arrangement on site visits to external stakeholders on engagements and onsite assurance sessions.
- Maintain updated records and information related to the disability programmes.
- Provide administrative support for the team and Division’s initiatives as necessary.
- Secretariat duties and any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Division.

**Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience**:

- Diploma/degree in any discipline
- Experience in administration support and social/disability sector would be an advantage
- Proactive and service-oriented, able to work independently and in a team
- Good communication skills, confident to interact with different stakeholders
- Adaptable to changing circumstances and versatile to take on other roles when called upon
