**About the role**
We are seeking a talented Spa Therapist Supervisor to join our team at De Beaute. This full-time role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and oversee our spa operations in the Singapore. As a Spa Therapist Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high standards of beauty treatment and exceptional customer service to our customers.

**What you'll be doing**
- Supervise and manage a team of skilled spa therapists to ensure seamless our spa & wellness operations
- Develop and implement training programs to continuously enhance the skills and knowledge of the beautician / spa therapists
- Oversee the scheduling of therapists and treatment bookings to maximise efficiency and client satisfaction
- Ensure the proper maintenance and upkeep of the spa facilities, equipment, and supplies
- Monitor and address customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to drive spa revenue and growth
- Maintain strict compliance with all relevant health, safety, and industry regulations
- Possess relevant certification or diploma accordance with ME License list of accredited certifications

**What we're looking for**
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a spa therapist, with a proven track record of excellent customer service and treatment delivery
- Supervisory experience in a spa or beauty salon environment, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong understanding of spa operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and quality control
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients and team members
- Passion for the beauty and wellness industry and a commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques
