The Swimming Coach is responsible for delivering high quality swimming programmes adhering to the in-house swimming programme of the swim school.

**Skills & Requirement**:

- Minimum of 5 years relevant teaching experience
- Able to conduct programmes for babies, preschool, Learn to Swim, Competitive, Adults and Seniors
- Fluent in English
- Familiar with the ABC curriculum from the Netherlands an advantage
- Knowledge in teaching swimming to children with special needs is an advantage
- Flexibility to work weekdays, evenings and weekends
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude towards swimming
- Excellent communicator with both children and adults
- Possess the ability to inspire confidence and motivate swimmers
- Perseverance and patience
- A good understanding of how to differentiate in a teaching session
- Professional, punctual and well-organized person responsible for the implementation, development and organization of swimming classes
- Able to develop and plan the induction and on-the-job training for new/ trainee instructors.
