Now we’re looking for a Finance Assistant - Accounts Payable (Contract, 6 months) to join our team who will be responsible for processing supplier invoices for some of our companies in the Sinch Group. This is an opportunity to get the chance to join a fast growing global company and to grow and develop professionally. You will have a lot of internal and external contacts and your day will be hectic and various. You will join a group of colleagues who will team up with you and share their knowledge of the job and the company.

You will process the invoices - from inbox to reporting in the system. That means that you will be working with among others:

- Arrival registration
- Selection of correct accounts and cost centers
- Attestation flow
- Process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients
- Generate reports of accounts payables status

You have a few years experience from working with accounts payable in a global company where English is the working language, and you need to be fluent in English (writing, reading and speaking). If you have a degree within economics / finance, it is a big extra plus. You have a solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principles. To be successful in this role we think you are outgoing, meticulous and structured. You have integrity and are interested in working in a fast paced environment.
