**Primary Objective(s) of Position**
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Team
- Coordinate with customers, internal colleagues and overseas offices

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Assist the sales team to prepare quotations
- Provide contact window to support customers’ enquiries on behalf of the sales team
- Monitor shipments and liaise with ops team to provide information and updates to customers
- Provide value-added customer experiences with pro-active feedbacks
- Other duties assigned by management

**Person Specifications**
- At least a diploma in logistics and supply chain management or relevant
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in logistics or supply chain
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure to cope with periods of high workload and tight timelines
