When I first graduated from NUS Business School in 2015, I was one of the lucky few who had multiple offers from various MNCs - the offers were attractive for a fresh grad, and perhaps it's not too much to say that I was chased by companies, rather than chasing after them. This was until I chanced upon a career that changed my life completely.......and I have never looked back since as a Financial Advisor. Almost 6 years in the business and now as an Executive Senior Manager, I'm on the lookout to mentor the next generation of millenial/ Gen Y associates who Choose to be successful and not leave it to Chance. Stigmatisation surrounding this career is well-known, but it's the bad apples that cause it to be dubbed as 'pushy', and 'salesy'. I will teach you the right way to become the chase, rather than chase after customers.
