Our Retail Associate will undergo intensive training program to be competent in all aspects of retail management, visual merchandising, customer service, inventory management and operations, delivering service excellence to our customers.

You will understand how the retail industry works and we will equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel

**Salary details & Working hours**:

- 11am to 9pm.
- 6 working days per week.
- $2600 (During probation period).

$2800 - $3,300 (After probationary period).

**Hougang, Potong Pasir, Woodlands, Jurong, Chinatown & Woodlands.

**Job Scopes:
- To provide information to customers and assist them in their needs.
- Checking of the quality of mobile gadgets.
- To provide up-to-date and accurate information to customers.
- To manage the replenishment products within the store
- After-sales services to customers.
- Possess good product knowledge (product training will be provided for new hires to understand our brand products)

**Job Requirements
- Able to start within short notice period
- Customer-oriented
- Able to speak English and Chinese to customers.
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Any educational level is welcome
- Can-do attitude, self-motivation and be a good team player.
- Energetic, enthusiastic character with passion in retail environment.
