We are looking for Finance Business Partner, SG This role is based in Singapore.

**What this job involves**:
You will be a key business partner to the Regional and Geo Accounts leadership team driving value to SG Accounts P/L. Manage business risks and collaboration with Sales, Operations and Client Operations teams. Further details include:
Business Partnership
- Key finance business partner to Account Executive, and Account Directors teams.
- Monitor account platform and controllable costs
- Drive business insights via account profitability analyses and dashboard review to manage risks to business
- Develop strategies to achieve Accounts KPIs and business results

Collaboration
- Stay connected to development in Accounts, Sales, Operations, Product and Enablement teams as it relates to Accounts under his/her care
- Drive clarity of financial flows between Accounts and rest of organization, maintain transparency of P/L
- Alignment to Global and APAC Finance team for Accounts Organization P&L reporting
- Work closely with Client Finance and Finance Operations team to ensure timely and accurate month end close and P&L reporting
- Work closely with Country Finance teams and have full understanding of different accounting standard that impact financial performance

Leading the organization
- Develop succession & career growth strategies; actively communicate best practices, goals, and performance feedback to Business and Finance community
- Lead and motivate Account Finance team
- Establish relationships across business functions, regional and global finance team
- Strategic thought leader; keenly focused on finance value add to a new client focused team
