**The Program**

The Bright Development Program is an 18-month initiative in Asia Pacific and serves to groom our future talents in a structured program across various functions in DSM. Following which, graduates will join their respective teams specializing in areas such as Business Development, Supply Chain, Marketing and Applications.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage marketing programs including, advertising, webinars, tradeshows etc
- Prepare marketing related presentation decks
- Support the execution of trade show strategy including promotional items for customers
- Support the development of marketing content for customers’ end products
- Drive digital engagement with customers, including customer portal and HNC - product promotion portal
- Responsible for internal communication activities for the HNC business group

**Key Requirements**
- A degree in Science, Business, Economics, Marketing or related field
- Recent graduate with less than 2 years of work experience
- Good communication skills and ability to do presentations externally and internally
- Proactive with a can-do attitude
