**Responsibilities**
- Lead creation and design of exciting 2D videos, graphics, and animation targeted towards Primary students to augment their learning experience
- Actively contribute in brainstorming sessions and be able to conceptualise ideas
- Create models, drawings and illustrations by hand or digitally to demonstrate ideas to the team
- Join images and virtual lessons for students with background graphics and special effects
- Assist in interviews for entry level animators to build an effective, creative team
- Supervise the work of entry level animators in completing tasks and give constructive feedback

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Degree in art direction, graphic design, or other relevant fields
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in animation or graphics
- Able to demonstrate illustrative design skills with a portfolio
- Possess high competency in video editing software such as Adobe, Photoshop, After Effects and PremierePro to deliver high quality, engaging animation
- Understanding of animation concepts such as the 12 principles of animation and the 2D production workflow and pipeline
- Knowledge of motion graphics techniques
- Knowledge of Harmony is a bonus
- Able to work independently but also demonstrate good interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Self-motivated and able to receive constructive feedback
- Possess strong verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Primary school syllabus for English, Math and/or Science is a bonus
