**The Leadership Development Program Associate, APAC, Singapore**

**The Program**:
**Onboarding**:Dive headfirst into our RBI culture and meet our Leadership team at the Singapore corporate office. We know it can be overwhelming starting somewhere new, that’s why we assign each LDP their very own buddy within the business who has walked through your shoes. We also go over our corporate People Strategy to empower employees within our business through succession and engagement planning. Each brand will share their top priorities for that year and emerging trends.

**Rotations**:
Embark on two, one-year rotations in different corporate departments. From Marketing to Supply Chain, Finance to Digital, you’ll have the opportunity to explore diverse functions of the business and continue gaining exposure to various brands, leaders, and stakeholders.

**Training**:
You’ll get a sneak peek into each brand and functional trainings like problem-solving methodology and career progression guidance to set you up for success from day one. You’ll also learn about the core of our business by stepping into our restaurants to witness the guest experience and restaurant operations in real-time.

- Corporate Communications - Internal and Brand Communications
- Development - Restaurant Development, Franchising, etc.
- Digital & Loyalty + Consumer Technology - Loyalty and Rewards Programs, Digital Platforms Execution, etc.
- Finance - Financial Planning & Analysis, Treasury, etc.
- Global Business Services
- Marketing - Marketing Communications, Retail, Performance Analytics, etc.
- Operations - Operations Analytics, Training Standards, etc.
- Procurement and Supply Chain - Supply Planning, Sourcing, etc.
- Restaurant and Corporate Technology Systems - Strategy and execution of system and corporate technology

**The Future**:
After completing two, one-year rotations, you will be encouraged to “own you career” and choose your next steps, whether that means moving laterally within the company or staying within your current team. Your success story is ours to write together, and the more you achieve, the more growth and reward opportunities are yours for the taking.
