**The Role**

Your Responsibilities will include:

- Leading the accounting and finance function.
- Supporting senior stakeholders on all business reviews.
- Managing the budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning process.
- Generating reports & analysis to assist in decision making.
- Managing banking relationships, cash management and other treasury related activities.
- Ensuring compliance with financial processes, systems and policies.
- Providing an oversight on tax, internal controls and audit related matters.
- Ensuring compliance with.
- Managing a team of 11-50 people.

**Ideal Profile**

Skills Required:

- You have a diploma/degree in Accounting, Finance.
- You have at least 6 years of experience within a Finance Director / CFO role, ideally within the Asset Management, Investment Banking and the Financial Services Industry.
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are willing to undertake 30-60% travel.
