**What You’ll Do**

As a Ground Service Crew member, you'll be the friendly face of Maison Garden - serving food and beverages to our guests with warmth and efficiency, while attending to their needs to create a delightful dining experience.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately to guests at their tables
- Engage customers with warm, professional, and attentive service
- Handle customer requests and feedback with a positive attitude
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across service areas
- Set up and clear tables efficiently; support table turns and guest flow
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar teams for smooth operations
- Support opening and closing routines of the café floor
- Operate the POS system; assist in opening/closing of POS when required
- Be familiar with the menu to assist with recommendations and basic questions
- Follow SOPs and café protocols diligently, especially in hygiene and food safety

**Who You Are**
- Locals only
- Experience in F&B service preferred but not required - training will be provided
- Friendly, responsible, and a natural team player
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Able to work weekends and public holidays
- Physically fit to be on your feet for long hours
- Takes pride in appearance and cleanliness; always neat and presentable
- Adaptable and willing to learn in a fast-paced, creative café environment

Pay: $2,200.00 - $2,500.00 per month
