**Responsibilities**:
**Team Supervision & Leadership**
- Supervise and guide team members within your section, ensuring efficient daily operations.
- Work closely with the Shop Supervisor / Shop Manager to align section goals with overall store targets.
- Motivate and develop staff by providing ongoing training, feedback, and performance assessments.

**Monitor and Support Team Performance**
- Support the Shop Supervisor / Shop Manager in tracking team performance, ensuring that goals are met and individual development needs are addressed.
- Help maintain a positive work environment by motivating and recognizing team members' achievements.
- Offer problem-solving assistance when needed to ensure smooth operations and overcome any team-related challenges.

**Customer Service Excellence**
- Ensure the highest standard of customer service by engaging with customers and addressing their needs.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience.
- Lead by example to create a customer-first environment and encourage team members to go above and beyond.

**Sales & Performance Management**
- Achieve section sales targets by promoting products, encouraging upselling, and providing excellent product knowledge.
- Monitor sales performance and work with the Shop Supervisor / Shop Manager to implement strategies to meet KPIs.

**Inventory Management**
- Ensure that the section is well-stocked and inventory levels are maintained to meet customer demand.
- Perform regular inventory checks and coordinate with the Shop Supervisor / Shop Manager to manage stock replenishment.
- Assist with the ordering process to avoid stockouts or overstocking.

**Store Operation & Safety**
- Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and security protocols.
- Ensure the section is clean, organized, and adheres to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the Shop Supervisor / Shop Manager to ensure smooth store operations.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years in a supervisory role within the retail industry, preferably in a customer-facing environment.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, good in decision-making skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of inventory management and store operations.
- Ability to handle cash and other financial transactions accurately.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with a positive attitude.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
