In your new role you will:

- **Collaborate **within internal FI team (FI BE, FI FE and other FI units) and business project team **to drive defined activities and projects**:

- Support SIN FI plant coordinator for **project management and coordination **and any ad-hoc request.
- **Organize training, provide guidance **on prevailing change management process, methods and tools. Assist in change management process int project implementation

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- At least **10 years’ of working experience **in Factory integration /Manufacturing systems in a large scale environment, and out of which minimum 5 years involvement in **process improvement and innovation activities**:

- Sound experience in people coordination, with strong leadership in business process analysis, end-to-end solutioning and roadmap planning.
- Able to work in a cross-functional team to deliver FI requirement assessment and solution proposal, have deep understanding of Factory Integration manufacturing systems
- Have good interpersonal skill and manage stakeholders expectations, drive compliance and change management process across organization
- Experience in Semiconductor manufacturing, is an added advantage
- Possesses a ‘hands-on’ approach towards work, excellent communication skills, able to work independently and as a team player in a global setup
- Experience in **project management **and **coordination**
