2. Experience as an Operations Supervisor or similar role is an advantage.

4. Hands-on experience implementing operational process.

5. Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.

6. Great communication skill and interpersonal skills.

7. Willing to do paid overtime work as and when required.

8. Having a coachable and hardworking attitude.

9. Ability to use Microsaft Office Software and willing to undertake paper work duties is a plus.
