We are looking for a talented and passionate **Photographer/Videographer/Content Creator **to join our team. If you have a creative eye, a flair for storytelling, and expertise in professional photography and videography equipment, we want you to help bring our vision to life.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Photography & Videography**:

- Capture high-quality images and videos of products, events, and campaigns for e-commerce, social media, and marketing purposes.
- Conceptualize and execute creative photo and video shoots that align with the brand’s aesthetic.
- Edit and retouch photos and videos to ensure consistency with brand guidelines.
- Operate and maintain professional photography and videography equipment, including cameras, lenses, stabilizers, lighting, and audio recording tools.

**Content Creation**:

- Develop engaging and innovative content for TikTok, Instagram, Lemon8, and other social media platforms to showcase products and connect with audiences.
- Brainstorm and execute short-form video ideas, including tutorials, product demos, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Stay updated on social media trends to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.

**Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute content strategies.
- Collaborate with models, influencers, and team members during shoots to achieve the desired outcome.
- Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, product launches, and promotions.

**Equipment & Tools**:

- Utilize and troubleshoot professional-grade cameras (e.g., DSLR, mirrorless) and videography equipment to deliver top-quality visuals.
- Set up and manage studio lighting, reflectors, and other gear for optimal results.
- Use advanced editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects) to produce polished content.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**:Minimum 1-2 years of experience in photography, videography, and content creation, preferably in beauty, lifestyle, or e-commerce.
- **Skills**:Proficiency in operating and maintaining professional photography and videography equipment.
Strong technical knowledge of lighting, framing, composition, and sound recording.
Advanced editing skills using tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
Understanding of social media platforms and their content requirements (e.g., TikTok trends, Instagram Reels).
- **Creative Eye**:Strong visual storytelling skills with an ability to translate brand messages into compelling content.
- **Time Management**:Ability to meet deadlines, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- **Team Player**:Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills.
- **Passion**:Interest in beauty, lifestyle, or haircare is a plus.
