Tasks

**Client Onboarding**:

- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all required documentation is collected, verified, and filed accurately.
- Coordinate with internal teams to complete the necessary due diligence procedures for client onboarding.
- Liaise with clients and/or other stakeholders to obtain required information and clarify any missing or incomplete details.

Know Your Client (KYC) Compliance / Cashflow Monitoring
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by conducting thorough KYC checks on new and existing clients.
- Review client files and documentation periodically to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Stay updated on relevant regulatory changes and incorporate them into the KYC process.
- Prepare and control Cashflow and Transaction Monitoring

**Client Presentations and Reporting**:

- Assist Relationship Managers in preparing client presentations, reports, and investment proposals.
- Create visually appealing and informative presentations to effectively communicate complex information to clients.
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers to identify opportunities for enhancing client relationships and delivering personalized services.

**Administrative Support**:

- Provide general administrative support to Relationship Managers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, documentation, and correspondence.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the management team.
- Maintaining of Portfolio Management System with client details and maintain the processes (Consolidate Portfolios according to instructions, create consolidated statements, Maintain direct investment deals...)

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the wealth management or private banking industry.
- Sound knowledge of financial products, investment strategies, and wealth management practices.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements, particularly in relation to KYC and AML is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with confidential information.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Professional demeanour with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
