**PURPOSE**:
Responsible for supply planning and inventory management, which includes direct materials purchase from Lubrizol affiliates and third-party suppliers, and production scheduling for the Singapore manufacturing plant meet the business requirements.

**RESPONSIBILITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
**Production planning**:

- Accountable for production planning in Singapore plant
- Lead weekly production scheduling meeting
- Consider factors like order priorities, production capabilities, and production dependencies to create a detailed production schedule that ensures smooth workflow and minimizes bottlenecks
- Coordinate with manufacturing plant, logistics team, customer experience group, procurement to handle day to day planning issues
- Generate production adherence report and capacity utilization report and work with production team on root cause analysis for deviations or delays
- Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement such as production efficiency, cycle times, and schedule adherence
- Analyze forecast for capacity planning and replenishment

**Supply planning**:

- Responsible for inventory management for certain product lines in South East Asia and/or Australia
- Working closely with various departments including sales, marketing, procurement, logistics, and finance to resolve supply issues and management of slow moving stocks
- Identify areas for improvement for planning associated tasks to enhance supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate risks
- Coordinate with plant quality assurance and production department for any quality issues
- Lead the investigation of supply chain planning related customers’ complaints. Able to conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Responsible for supply planning inputs to the monthly S&OP meetings

**REQUIREMENTS**:
**Education**
**：**
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma qualification preferably in Supply Chain, International Trade, Business Administration or related field

**Experience**
**：**
- 2 - 5 years of experience in Supply Chain experience in multinational companies or large manufacturing environment
- Experience in supply chain planning / production scheduling preferred
- Experience in SAP MM and SD modules preferred

- Strong Microsoft office skills especially in Excel
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines and prioritize tasks
- Ability to effectively lead projects and to develop improvement ideas

**Language Skill**:

- Fluent in Oral and Written English
- Fluent in Oral Chinese added advantage
