**Responsibilities**
- Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel and follow safety protocol
- Conduct maintenance of Mechanical Electrical Plumbing (MEP) systems and general Facility Fitout to ensure functionality and availability of the facility is consistently achieved
- Survey facilities and conduct preventative maintenance of MEP systems and Facility Fitout to ensure they are consistent with health and safety regulations and internal standards
- Support the setup / adjustment / enhancement of MEP systems and Facility Fitout when necessary
- Aid in budget development and ensure it is followed
- Inspect alarm systems, such as carbon dioxide and fire protection, and quickly schedule repairs when needed
- Undertake activities of general facility cleaning and pest control, such as spraying insecticide, deep cleaning of floors, exhaust duct cleaning

**Qualifications for Maintenance Technician**
- Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic, mechanical ventilation, aircon, IT and other systems,
- 5-10 years Demonstrated experience as a maintenance technician
- Strong understanding of general maintenance processes and methods
- Experienced in operating a variety of equipment
- Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, materials selection and devices
