Cryptocurrency Exchange Operations Director

**Responsibilities**
- Establishing Operating Systems and KPI Indicators: Responsible for designing and establishing effective operating systems, including developing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance and ensure that operational activities are aligned with the organization's overall strategic objectives.
- Operational Activities Management: Responsible for planning, executing and monitoring various operational activities, including product promotion, user growth, customer relationship management, etc., to achieve business growth and profitability goals.
- Brand promotion: responsible for brand promotion strategy and execution, ensure brand image consistency and market recognition, improve brand awareness and influence.
- Business Partnership Management: Responsible for sourcing and managing business opportunities, negotiating and negotiating with partners, establishing strategic partnerships, and driving business growth.
- Department Head or Supervisor: As the head or supervisor of the corresponding department, lead and manage the team, including recruitment, training and performance management, to ensure that the team operates efficiently and achieves goals.
- KPI Metrics Management: Ensure team members understand and achieve set KPI metrics, monitor and analyze performance data, and propose improvements to achieve performance targets.
- Operational Strategic Planning: Develop and execute operational strategies, including market positioning, user growth, product development, etc., to improve operational efficiency and business growth.
- Work with cross-functional teams: Work closely with sales team, marketing team, product team, etc. to coordinate resources and drive smooth implementation of projects and operational activities.

**Requirements**:

- Experience as a Department Head or Supervisor or above in a Top 20 exchange or similar level organization.
- Proof of Performance Development: Be able to provide proof of performance development by demonstrating significant performance results in past jobs, particularly in operations and business growth.
- Experience in Operation Management: Extensive experience in Operation Management, including building operation system, setting KPI indicators, planning and executing operation activities.
- Brand promotion experience: with the experience of brand promotion, can develop and implement brand promotion strategy, improve brand awareness and market recognition.
- Business cooperation ability: Have the ability of business cooperation, including looking for business cooperation opportunities, negotiating and consulting with partners.
- Leadership: Have the ability to lead and manage a team, to stimulate team potential, improve team performance, and drive the team to achieve goals.
- Data analysis skills: Good data analysis skills to extract valuable insights from data to guide decision-making and optimize operational strategies.
- Communication and coordination skills: Good communication and coordination skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
