**About the role**:

- To manage APAC Inventory in Distribution Centre to support APAC activities, and to ensure they are optimized within budget (maximize sales opportunity) and meet market forecast/requirements without excessive inventory risk exposure
- Manage the Supply of stocks for both APAC Franchise Markets and APAC Distribution Centre
- To anticipate deviation from ideal stock position (FOOS, Future excess stocks) and to take preventative/corrective action
- Responsible for liaising with internal teams to ensure inbound deliveries are on-time to meet outbound demand
- Work with the Warehouse Manager on warehouse capacity planning by providing Inbound and Outbound volumes for the region

**Key Job Accountabilities**:
**Inventory Management & Planning**
- Manage and monitor stock for APAC markets reporting excess, aged, and discontinued stock including highlighting future risks to ensure KPI targets are met by working with the Commercial team and Company Market / International Supply Chain to drive clearance and optimize inventory globally. Ensure target stock covers are met
- Manage inventory in line with budgets & preparation of inventory budgets/forecasts
- Ensure the optimum level of inventory for APAC is maintained in order for target service levels to Markets
- Solutions to ensure stock availability (review with forecasting team, stock rebalancing, stock expediting, freight solutions)
- Maintain Core assortment and discontinuation assortment list for stock planning and ordering
- Work with Supply Chain Data to manage the inbound and outbound of inventory and Supply Site flagging
- Work with both Regional and Global warehouse operations to manage APAC inventory
- Provide all inventory reporting to the business for action
- Analysis of inventory to highlight & make the appropriate recommendation to Forecasting and Commercial for action
- To ensure the accuracy of inventory information at all times
- Communicate inventory requirements and inventory supply concerns through the S&OP process

**Projects**
- Work with the Head of Supply Chain on developing and managing projects that drive the APAC business or business improvement initiatives as required

**What we look for**

**Experience**:

- 5+ years experience in Supply Chain management - demand planning/forecasting, supply planning, and inventory management in a retail environment
- Experience in managing a team (preferred but not necessary) and influencing cross-functionally
- Understanding of supply chain best practices and supply chain operational process
- Excellent understanding of inventory management and OTB process
- 3PL Management experience preferred but not necessary
- Knowledge and experience in the forecasting system

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Supply Chain Management / Business or equivalent
