As Director of Brand Experience, you will be a brand strategist who is curious, creative, disruptive and collaborative. Practicing exceptional project management skills with the ability to prioritise, multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Putting into action your deep understanding of the hospitality industry, you will be an authority on both what is popular today and coming down the pipeline tomorrow.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage Reservations & Events team providing strategic direction to ensure they are equipped to drive revenue and deliver a consistent guest experience
- Establish Reservations & Events processes/SOPs which enhance customer journey and create workflow efficiencies
- Provide guidance and coaching to effectively resolve guest complaints and intervene when appropriate
- Manage reservations & events processes across multiple venues and various communication channels
- Enhance offering and communications for private/corporate booking enquiries to better convert leads
- Provide ongoing guest and departmental support and/or organize coverage when Guest Relations Coordinator is unavailable
- Maintain SevenRooms platform, troubleshooting arising issues and continually looking for news way to increase revenue potential
- Spearhead initiatives to build-out CRM data and processes
- Oversee implementation of Zendesk and ongoing management of account
- Maintain full knowledge of brands, promotions and special events, ensuring reports and colleagues understand customer experience expectations and parameters
- Collaborate cross-departmentally to conceptualise, propose, plan and roll out compelling events, brand experiences and in-venue activations that create engagement and drive revenue for all Dandy businesses
- Initiate and develop new business partnerships and maintain existing relationships that help reach strategic goals for the organisation
- Explore, identify and recommend new, creative ways to collaborate with partners to increase brand awareness and drive sales
- Prepare and present insights and strategic recommendations to internal partners
- Act as brand representative and guardian at all times
