Streamlined and resilient post-trade processing reduces overheads for firms and should enable financial services to be more efficient, improve client service, and operate at a lower cost base. Delta Capita helps clients in facing new post-trade regulatory requirements, such as trade and transaction reporting, by offering solutions tailored to specific outcomes.

Role and Responsibilities could include:

- Provide middle-office support for the full lifecycle of OTC and exchange traded derivatives including confirmation and settlement
- Ongoing engagement in and supervision of vendor supported processes such as collateral management, position management
- Provide SME support for the ongoing process standardisation
- Responsibility for performance of various other functions within the team as allocated
- Identify risk issues, escalate where appropriate & provide assistance in resolving
- Organise own day to day tasks per functional procedures to ensure all priority tasks are completed to deadline specifically using the appropriate systems/tools
- Review weekly figures against designated metrics and provide status to Supervisor/Manager on reportable items where required
- Actively ensure upward, downward & peer communication of developments and issues
- Create a culture of continued process improvement, innovation and strategy
- Maintenance of SOP's
- Strong OTC derivatives product knowledge
- Between 1 - 4 years' experience in derivative middle and/or back office operations
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships
