**Roles and Responsibilities
- Perform all aspects of loan disbursement, repayments, rollover and redemption for cutsomer
- Perform AML/KYC checks on clients correctly
- Review and ensure all relevant conditions precedents are met and moreover, checking legal documentation under Bilateral and credit facilities and facility letters to ensure terms and conditions are in line with credit approvals
- Monitor outstanding documentation and issues
- Liaise with other department on fund release, rate fixing and sending/receipting of MT message etc
- Deliver quality services to business units by adopting a systematic and consistent approach in line with the Bank’s Policy and Procedures.
- Ensure compliance in safekeeping of all security and confidential documents are strictly adhered
- Perform to Follow up closely on customers enquiries.
- Prepare management reports and handling other duties as assigned by superior
- Ensure proper documentation and storage of loan documents
- Prepare Timely execution of all loan drawdown, rollover and other operational instructions to business support units, and to follow up, where necessary, on the execution documents/matters
- Handle client’s utilization requests and ensure facility limits and precedent conditions are met before loan disbursement
- Review legal documentation under Bilateral and credit facilities and facility letters to ensure terms and conditions are in line with credit approvals

**Requirements
- Degree holder with at least **1-3 years **of Credit Ops or Loan admin experience in a corporate banking environment
- Excellent team player with a keen eye for detail and good organizational skills
- Ability to analyse Corporate Financial Statements
- Good knowledge of Corporate Banking Products, Loans and Operations
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Good computer skills, including knowledge of MS Applications
