We are looking for outstanding preschool educators to provide high standards of care for our children to bring our Literature-based Curriculum and lessons to life.

**Summary**

As a Preschool Educator, you will play an essential role in nurturing and educating children aged 18 months to 6 years old. You will deliver a curriculum that focuses on language and literacy, numeracy, aesthetics, creative expression, discovery of the world, and social-emotional development. Additionally, you will ensure a safe and clean environment for our young heroes' growth and development

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Plan and implement lessons that align with the Starbeam Framework
- Create high-quality learning environments that include age-appropriate learning materials and resources
- Nurture trusting and respectful relationships with children
- Customise classroom management strategies to meet the needs of individual children
- Document and assess children’s learning and development to inform future planning and teaching
- Work collaboratively with families to promote consistency in care and learning between the Centre and home
- Cultivate and enhance partnerships with families and the wider community

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education (Teaching)/ Diploma in Child Psychology & Early Education or its equivalent
- Certified by Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA) as an L2 teacher
- IT savvy
