**Job Description**:Upkeeping procurement master data to ensure accurate ERP planning

Issuance of purchase orders for the organization as required

Follow up and manage suppliers with regards to deliveries, billing and other requests

Ensure inventory levels are maintained to support continuous manufacturing

Monitor and coordinate return of materials to suppliers

Ensure spare parts are accurately tied to assets

Timely and accurate allocation of invoices against expenditure to ensure on time payment

Support RFQ with suppliers

Cross functional collaboration is required with Manufacturing, F&E, PD, QC, GSS, Warehouse, other partners within Amgen and vendors to ensure alignment with demand requirements and available inventory

Monitor, assess and revise targeted inventory levels in conjunction with changes in demand/supply variability. Coordinate expedition of material release to prevent/alleviate inventory shortages and material scrap exposure
