7. 懂得如何与客人进行有效沟通，能够临场处理客人的问题。

8. 懂得如何与后厨进行有效沟通并且指导后厨的运营。

9. 熟悉收银系统，知道如何开账关帐，知道如何核对每日营收，并且能够与总部的财务及审计部门沟通。

10. 懂得库存管理，收货点货，知道合理安排叫货，确保门店的正常运营。

11. 能够激励团队一起努力工作，协调沟通队员间的问题。

12. 能够给团队进行评估考核。
