Senior Marketing Specialist

**Job Description**:
The Senior Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, implementing and evaluating Growth and development marketing and Product marketing strategy and initiatives. This includes defining audience-appropriate positioning, tactics and distribution channels. This position initiates collaboration with cross functional partners to bring an integrated and strategic approach to focused on growth and retention, product approach as well as communications planning.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with marketing managers and directors for work with cross-functional business partners and stakeholders to understand Prime’s business objectives, product offerings, client utilization/adoption and history, and intended market strategy and positioning
- Translate business insights into marketing strategies and create messaging that is clear, defensible and differentiates Prime and our products and services in the market
- Lead and facilitate meetings with clients (external or internal)
- Develop and execute marketing plans/project plans and tactics designed to drive key messages to internal and external audiences; tactics ranging from the full marketing mix including digital tools, web copy /campaigns, social media, presentations, webinars, videos and more
- Work with Creative Services to ensure all communications are in alignment with Prime’s brand and messaging guidelines, and strategic objectives
- Work with internal and external customers to prioritize requests and manage resources
- May monitor and track competitive landscape for product/service category
- May lead marketing efforts related to product strategy, materials and campaigns, business development and sales (including Request for Proposal)
- Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required
- 3 years of work experience in related marketing roles, including B2B marketing, product marketing and/or communications
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship

Additional Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to create results from designing promotional programs and communication strategies
- Excellent project management and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications
- Project management experience
- Experience in the health insurance or Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) industry
- Experience designing marketing campaigns for both business-to-business and business-to-consumer audiences
- Experience creating marketing and promotional programs for service offerings/information products

Minimum Physical Job Requirements
- Constantly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, talk and hear
- Frequently required to reach with hands and arms
- Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, and crouch
- Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus

Reporting Structure
- Reports to a Senior Manager in the Marketing department

Potential pay for this position ranges from $71,700.00 - $107,300.00 based on location, experience and skills.
