**Responsibilities**
- Ensure all food items presented are of the highest standard and quality
- Conduct and maintain highest hygiene standard in all kitchen and in accordance to the local sanitation regulation
- Continually review and create new menu offerings complete with innovative, passionate, hands on approach
- Ensures that all food production meets/exceeds standards
- Works effectively with all kitchen team to ensure a high level of service experience
- Follows cost control procedure to minimize wastage and spoilage of food products
- Ensures knowledge of the product is maintained and communicated to all relevant personnel
- Liaises with the Outlet Manager to implement new menu/dishes/systems where applicable
- Reports any maintenance issues to the Outlet Manager
- Ensures strict adherence of food safety, sanitation and hygiene requirements and practices
**Requirement**
- Prior experience in a similar position.
- Thorough knowledge of food safety procedures.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work shifts, over weekends, and on public holidays, as needed.
- Preferable with basic food course cert
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $2,600.00 - $3,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
