**What the role is**

You will be an integral part of the engineering research team to advance the research & development works in the area of environmental sustainability and civil engineering. In this role, you will explore, develop and implement new solutions, technologies and strategies to create quality living environment in HDB towns and to support Singapore’s Green Plan.

**What you will be working on**

You will work with a multi-disciplinary team to review initiatives, identify test-bedding areas as well as validate the test-bedding outcomes. This will involve collaboration with multiple stakeholders such as government agencies, industry partners, institutions of higher learnings, town councils etc.
You will have opportunity to explore the use of artificial intelligence or robotics in the development of infrastructure project to drive greater productivity. The research work may involve the use of numerical simulation modelling using software relating to finite element analyses and geotechnical engineering.
