**Responsibilities**:
To assist the Maintenance Executive and Facility Manager in the day to day running of facilities in the premise. He/she will support the team through management and monitoring of work from Inspections and updates through report submissions:

- Assistance with FM team on maintenance scheduling and operation(s).
- Attend to all complaints, correspondence queries and suggestions raised by clients/users relating to the management of the Property and Premises.
- Carry out regular inspections to the building and its facilities to maintain a high service delivery level.
- Assist in the maintenance of mechanical, electrical installations, Fire Protection system, building services and equipment.
- Supervise and manage contractors on the scheduled maintenance of various functions and systems within the building.
- Responsible for the efficient performance of the technicians/vendors in charge of hard engineering services and other supporting scopes.
- Monitor the timely submission of reports to clients when necessary.
- Co-ordinate ad-hoc works and ensure routine works are administered on site.

**Requirements**:

- NITEC in building services/Facility Management
- Preferably intern(s) with interest in Building Services Management
- Good communication skills to engage users, FMs and clients effectively.
- Pro-active and also work as a team player since coordination works are required.
