Job Summary

As a member of the Service Staff, you play a key role in shaping the guest experience by delivering warm, efficient, and professional service. You will be responsible for attending to guests throughout their dining or entertainment experience, ensuring that service standards are met at all times. This role involves close coordination with the floor team, bar, and kitchen.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Excellence
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
- Present menus, take orders accurately, and communicate with the kitchen and bar.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and in accordance with SOPs.
- Clear tables promptly and maintain cleanliness during and after service.
- Attend to guest needs, provide recommendations, and upsell where appropriate.
- Handle guest feedback professionally and escalate issues to the Outlet Manager when required.

Daily Operations
- Participate in pre-shift briefings and follow daily service assignments.
- Ensure table setups, condiments, and service stations are ready before service.
- Refill water, replace utensils, and maintain overall floor hygiene.
- Assist in opening and closing duties of the outlet.
- Adhere to health and safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards at all times.

Team Collaboration
- Work closely with fellow service staff, bartenders, and kitchen crew.
- Support other sections during busy periods.
- Follow instructions from the Outlet Manager and shift leaders.

Job RequirementsExperience
- Prior F&B or customer service experience required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, professional attitude with a team-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work weekends, late shifts, and public holidays.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.

Pay: $2,200.00 - $3,400.00 per month
