- GB1 for General Builder, Main Contractor with impressive track record in private landed housing project.

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate Mechanical and Electrical services with consultants and sub-contractors on site.
- **Check MEP drawings coordination for discrepancies with architectural & structural drawings.**:

- Ensure installations are carried out according to plans
- **Review M&E drawings and lookout for discrepancies between actual progress works and approved drawings.**:

- Plan all drawings request to meet the submission deadline.
- **Oversee all related M&E issues on site.**

**Requirements**:

- Experienced in coordination and supervision of M&E services **and/or** building-related works for bungalows or semidetached houses in Singapore
- Diploma in Industrial / Building Service Engineering / Construction or any relevant

**Salary**

$3,000 to $5,000
