Our client is an expanding Japanese insurance services company and they are currently looking for a Business Strategy Analyst. You will play a crucial role in supporting and monitoring the management of group companies in Indonesia in the areas of life insurance. You will be responsible for providing analysis, support and monitoring of their sales performance and financial situation
This person will report to a manager in the research team.
【What you will be working on】
- Support group companies' sales, distributions, financials, risk management, compliance, IT and cyber security etc
- Analysis and monitoring of the group company’s sales performance and financial statement
- Develop board meeting, executive meeting minutes and identify key discussion points
- Facilitate discussion and identify key discussion points with external parties (i.e. group company in Indonesia, consultants)
- Conduct research and develop reports on up-to-date latest trends and development in the financial industry regulation changes, stock market, latest news and business environment (including politics, economy, society)
- Preparation of materials and arrangement of meetings to share the information with the head office

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree holder.
- Preferably with 1 year of market research experience
- Preferably possesses knowledge of the insurance or finance industry.
- Excellent communicator, both verbally and in report writing skills, and actively listening to other's ideas and feedback
- Proficient in making clear and comprehensive notes/minutes during the meeting to capture relevant & important information, decisions, and actions
- Ability to work collaboratively with others and contribute to a positive team culture
- Embrace ambiguity and strive for continuous progress and improvement
- Travel is not necessary but may be required on an ad-hoc basis.
