**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed company revenue targets.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor and analyse market trends and demographics, perform sales analysis to provide recommendations to enhance the development of the brand
- Create and implement marketing campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Participate and support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, food exhibitions etc
- Collaborate with outlet managers and restaurant supervisors to align sales and marketing efforts with operational goals. To promote restaurant, with festival events like Mother’s Day, CNY reunion dinner etc
- Monitor sales performance and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
- Train and motivate sales teams at various outlets and restaurants to optimize their performance.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key partners, suppliers, and vendors.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitor activities.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably F&B industries and/or in the retail.
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to devise innovative sales and marketing strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple outlets and restaurants.
- Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Knowledge of the F&B,and beauty and wellness industry is a plus.
- Develop and implement new customers acquisition, retention and traffic-driving campaigns across digital channels
