**About the Role**
We are looking for a reliable and hands-on **Tech & Operations Support Officer**to ensure the smooth running, cleanliness, and technical upkeep of our island facilities. This role combines operational maintenance with light technical support, including backend systems, microcontroller (MCU), and Raspberry Pi-based devices.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Operations Support**
- Perform general cleaning and upkeep to maintain hygiene standards across facilities.
- Conduct routine checks on systems (e.g., lighting, air-conditioning, access systems, water supply) and escalate issues promptly.
- Assist with installation, setup, and arrangement of furniture, fixtures, and operational equipment.
- Carry out minor troubleshooting and repairs, particularly where basic electrical knowledge applies.
- Assist with moving, lifting, and arranging items as required.

**Technical & Backend Support**
- Perform basic backend system checks (e.g., admin dashboards, usage logs, device status monitoring).
- Assist with simple software/hardware setups such as installing updates, configuring devices, or connecting peripherals.
- Report and document technical issues with clear descriptions and supporting photos/videos.
- Coordinate with vendors or tech teams for escalated IT or system matters.

**MCU & Raspberry Pi Support**
- Assist in setting up, configuring, and maintaining microcontroller-based devices (e.g., Arduino, ESP32) and Raspberry Pi systems for operational or monitoring purposes.
- Perform basic programming tasks such as updating firmware, running scripts, or adjusting configuration settings.
- Conduct routine checks on IoT devices, sensors, and automation systems to ensure proper functionality.
- Troubleshoot common hardware/software issues and escalate complex problems to the technical team.
- Maintain simple documentation of device setups, wiring diagrams, and maintenance activities.

**Requirements**:

- Physically fit and able to handle manual work such as lifting, installation, and maintenance tasks.
- Comfortable using messaging apps (e.g., WhatsApp) for fast communication and reporting with photos/videos.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, IT devices, or backend operations is an advantage.
- Familiarity with microcontrollers, Raspberry Pi, or basic Linux commands is a plus.
