**YOUR ROLE**:
**Business Analysts are the drivers of our continued growth and success. With their commitment to innovation, these analysts seek, develop, and help implement strategic initiatives for improved efficiency and productivity.
**In this role, you will play a key role in**:

- **Collaborating with stakeholders to gather documents and analyze business requirements related to the ESG Reporting Phase.**:

- **Translating business needs into detailed technical requirements for data sourcing data governance and ESG Data Mart integration.**:

- **Serving as the liaison between the business users developers and data architects to ensure the alignment of project goals with business objectives.**:

- **Communicating clearly with project sponsors engagement managers and development teams to ensure successful delivery of epics within the ESG reporting framework.**:

- **Working closely with the technical team to understand the architecture of the downstream consumption pipelines built for ESG Data Mart including real-time integrations using Solace File IT and API-based solutions**

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- **Ensure that data is sourced efficiently from EDP (external data systems) into the ESG Data Mart in alignment with business requirements.**:

- **Contribute to data governance processes ensuring that data structures data quality and metadata management adhere to industry standards.**:

- **Support the integration of the UMDS (Unified Metadata Store) tool ensuring effective data management and quality for ESG reporting.**:

- **Develop and maintain detailed project documentation including requirement specifications user stories and use cases.Assist the Engagement Manager in tracking project milestones and ensuring timely delivery of tasks in line with business needs.**:

- **Coordinate and assist in the development of epics like:

- Epic 1: Building downstream pipelines for data consumption. Epic 2 & 3: Sourcing data from external systems into the ESG data mart. Epic 4: Implementing data governance solutions and utilizing tools such UMDS.**
