Job summary

We are looking for a program manager to lead our regional efforts in APAC. You will have the opportunity to design and launch new policies, tools, initiatives to tackle product quality challenges across APAC. You will partner with numerous Amazon teams including Retail Categories, Marketplace, Operations, Fulfillment Centers, Legal, Compliance. This is an opportunity that requires a critical thinker with strong problem-solving and communication skills. At the core of the position is passion for protecting Amazon’s reputation and the customer experience and trust.

Key job responsibilities
- Deep dive and analysis data to identify opportunities for product quality improvement.
- Design new initiatives and processes to tackle product quality challenges.
- Develop relationships with internal stakeholders locally and around the world to drive new initiatives/processes.
- Track program progress and provide visibility to leadership.

Amazon's Trustworthy Shopping Experience (TSE) team works to ensure that buyers receive authentic products. We design and implement policies, tools and technology innovations to protect the buying experience on Amazon while minimizing friction for sellers.
- Experience in process improvement, operations, supply chain
- Experience in e-commerce, management consulting, retail industry.
- Proven ability to work autonomously, triage and prioritize work, and operate in ambiguity
- Experience driving projects involving multiple stakeholders
- Graduate degree
