**Job responsibilities**:

- Provide pre-sales and/or post-sales consulting to customers in areas such as product/service order fulfillment processes, response to customer service requests such as end-to-end order status management, repair /calibration requests, product changes or returns, accounts receivable collections, invoicing requirements, serve contract issues/administration or lease administration.
- Resolve customer service issues for complex, multi-country or multi-regional accounts. Acts as a liaison between customers and appropriate internal organizations such as sales, manufacturing, logistics and service delivery to resolve customer inquiries.
- Influence changes to production and/or shipping schedules and price changes. May identify and follow up on business opportunities.
- Provide support to project management and ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Korean language proficiency is a must and has understanding of Korean business culture
- With relevant work experience to support customer service, pre and post sales operations and processing sales order, logistic arrangement (primary interaction with internal stakeholders), with few interactions with external customers.
- Problem solving skills and solve straight-forward issues, challenges and problems within field of specialization

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: $4,300.00 - $5,000.00 per month
