We are looking for a motivated and adaptable **Business Development and Marketing Associate** to help drive new business opportunities, support client acquisition efforts and assist in the execution of marketing initiatives. This is a great fit for someone eager to grow in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and qualify potential leads through **market research**, **outreach campaigns** and inbound channels
- Assist the sales team in developing tailored proposals, pitch materials and presentations
- Manage and update the **CRM system** to ensure accurate tracking of leads and client interactions
- Coordinate meetings, calls and follow-ups with prospects to keep deals moving through the pipeline
- Analyse performance data to refine outreach tactics and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align **sales** and **marketing efforts** for better lead conversion

**What You Bring and Gain**
- **1-2 years of experience** in business development, sales, marketing or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and **communication skills**—comfortable engaging with clients and prospects
- Organised, resourceful and able to **manage multiple priorities** effectively
- Familiarity with tools like **LinkedIn Sales Navigator**, **HubSpot** or Excel/Google Sheets
- A learning mindset and a passion for understanding customer needs and business dynamics
- Prior exposure to **B2B**, **tech** or **finance** industries is a plus
