**What the role is**

**Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop and implement effective operational processes relating to grants administration
- Work with stakeholders on verification of grants and manage escalated queries, while ensuring compliance to grant governance framework.
- Coordinate with vendors to implement system enhancements and support system development projects
- Support periodic audits by internal and external auditors.
- Review workflows, develop SOPs and guidelines in alignment with funding policy implementation plans
- Build and continuously strengthen processes and operational policies to achieve high service standards
- Perform data extraction, collation, tracking, and analyses related to funding administration for reporting, risk management and process re-design.
- Tertiary qualification, preferably with foundation in business, accountancy, economics or other relevant disciplines
- Up to 7 years (Senior Manager) / 3 years (Manager) of relevant work experience in grants, operations or project management
- Resourceful, possess good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently, within a team and across teams
- Detail oriented with the ability to see the big picture.
- Good interpersonal relationship skills and be able to adapt to fast pace of work
- Good verbal and written communication skills, including stakeholder management and presentation skills
- Related experience in grant administration and knowledge of SkillsFuture Grants and Continuous Education Training and Industry experience are advantageous
