**Job Description**:
As a Data Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving data analysis and business agility initiatives within the organization. Your responsibilities include:
Data-driven Trading Optimization:

- Execute trades and optimize portfolio value by leveraging data-driven insights and market analysis.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliant and strategic trading decisions.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to facilitate the physical delivery of products or services.

Business Agility Enhancement:

- Lead the documentation, calibration, and validation of optimization tools and systems.
- Transform analysis, ideas, and roadmaps into practical tools, dashboards, and processes.
- Develop efficient data storage and management processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Provide regular updates on business performance and market conditions to management.

Advanced Data Analysis:

- Deploy descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics to derive valuable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate market data into models and tools.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to inform decision-making and strategy.

Team Management:

- Manage and lead a team member within the Business Agility and Analysis team.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members for their professional development.
- Foster a collaborative team culture that encourages knowledge sharing and innovation.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Degree in Business / Finance / Engineering or equivalent
- At least 3 - 4 years of relevant experience in data analysis
- Proficient and xxperience in VBA, SQL, and Excel macros for data analysis and automation.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex insights and recommendations effectively.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in managing teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
