- Check the quality of imported Carpets and outgoing materials or products, Installation procedures.
- Understand The Commercial space / outdoor Space/boardrooms/Hotel corridoors/ /installation carpet of Different material of carpet nylon fiber/synthetic/wool. According
- to human traffic /Dirt/Liquid split cleaning etc.
- Proposing improvements to the operation process, and provide technical advice & support to various department
- Coordinate with the Client representative on all quality matters
- Verify that the quality related site activities are in accordance with the applicable codes and standards
- Monitor the implementation of the approved site QC Plan
- Coordinate and chair the QA/QC site weekly meetings with the projects subcontractors QC personnel
- Train the operation team on quality control measures to improve product excellence
- Audit internal process and QA/QC teams performance

**Others **- may require to work evenings or weekends, or overtime to meet operation deadlines.
