**Freelance Business Chinese Language Trainer**

**(Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language Path)**

**Role Descriptions**
- Teaching private 1-1 or Corporate Group Business Chinese course to professional learners from various industries, such as finance, legal, IT, logistics, media & marketing, tourism industry etc.
- Assignment is On-Demand or Ad-Hoc basis depends on clients' requirements. Usually a typical Corporate Business Chinese Course will have a group size of 6-16 pax, course duration is about 8-15 sessions(2Hours/Session), over a period of 2-3 months for one project.
- Hourly salary ranging from S$35-80/Hour, depends on the mode of class(Private or Group), actual class size, feedback of students and experience of the trainer.
- Trainer is expected to be able to customize the course materials in accordance with the clients' industrial needs and design your own PPTs(Training & Guidance from school will be provided).
- Trainer needs to be effectively bilingual. He or she is expected to meet the following criteria:

- Native speakers of Chinese
- Good foundation of Hanyu Pinyin and the tones
- Accurate with their Mandarin pronunciation
- Good command of Mandarin (both spoken and written level)
- Good command of English as need to have the capability to translate industrial specific terminologies into Chinese and vice versa
- Able to explain complicated business and cultural related concepts to learners well

**_Job Requirements _**
- Preferably with at least 3 years of working experience in a professional industry (all fields are accepted)
- Highly fluent in both English and Chinese
- Have experience teaching Chinese or Business Chinese before
- Able to teach Business Chinese and do curriculum customization etc.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, be able to conduct lively classes
- Native speakers are preferred due to the nature of the job
- Able to conduct both Face-to-Face & Zoom trainings.
